Well if you have an established message or design from before there may be no reason to revinvent the wheel. If not give it some thought while including key members of your staff. And compose a simple yet thoughtful message.
What is the graphic image of your Holiday Greeting Cards?
Staff photos are always good, or you can use high quality stock photos. Decide what is appropriate for your company and your clientle. You also have to decide if you want to use your logo.
Who are we sending them to (mailing list)?
Make a list and check it twice. You might have a list from last year that needs some editing. If your printer is mailing your cards prepare your mailing list as an excel spread list with each variable as a separate column ie: name, company name, address, city, state.
Who is handling the details of the Holiday Greeting Cards?
Maybe you enjoy doing this type of project or have a staff member who usually assumes these type of duties. If not you can farm it out to a printer or graphic artist. Whoever is handling the details be sure to give them enough time. You usually want to mail them by Thanksgiving. So allow several days each for design, printing and for mailing.
