Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM®) is a program of the U.S. Postal Service®, that allows you to mail to any U.S. neighborhoods either across the street or across the country. The great part is you don’t need an address list and don’t need to identify any names or street addresses. Instead you select mail routes you desire either entire zip codes or partial zip codes (carrier routes).
A carrier route is a sub group of a Zip code and may contain anywhere from two to a dozen carrier routes. Use as much or as little of our services as you choose. All you need to do is design your postcard, have them printed and bundled, fill out some forms, drop them off at the designated post office branch and pay the discounted postage. As long as you use one of the eligible sizes (we listed common EDDM sizes in a question above) your EDDM postage .187 per card, no matter which EDDM size card you select. So that means mailing to 1,000 homes would cost $187 in postage.
With EDDM®, your mail does deliver to every address in your selected carrier routes. Though you must deliver to all residential addresses, you may choose to include or exclude the business and PO Box addresses. Though you may exclude business addresses, you do not have the option in this program to go to businesses only.

That depends. First you have to design your EDDM artwork so if we are designing it , it would depend on how many rounds of changes you make. Usually we can get you a first proof in one to two days. Then we need a couple of days to print and bundle and take it to the post office. If we are only printing them and you are doing the rest of the work it would probably be 2-3 days to print and deliver them to you.
