Pre-sort direct mail goes out first class so it is quickly in front of your prospects.  But the lowest postage offer for first class has a catch.  You can’t mail cheaply unless you keep your postcard size to 4.25″ x 6″ or smaller.  So you give up size to attain speed. Cloud 8 Printing gives you same low price for printing 4.25″ x 6″ postcards as 4″ x 6″.  So take advantage of the largest size the USPS allows at their lowest postage rate.  The more your mail list is concentrated in the same zip codes or postal routes the lower your rate.   Below are tables that give you a good estimate at how much a pre-sort postcard mailing will cost.

Please be sure your design allows 1.00″ from the edges at the top right corner so that we can place an indicia for mailing. Also, please leave 2.25″ x 4.25″ of white space in the bottom right corner for inkjetting of addresses.

Our responsibilities end when USPS accepts your mailing from us.  Lost mail, non-delivered mail and mail-transit time are the responsibilities of the USPS and we cannot be held liable for any of these issues. USPS does not offer refunds on postage for non-delivered mail.

We are not responsible for nor do we guarantee a minimum  response to your mailing. If there is an issue with your printing and we are found to be at fault.  Our liability is limited up to the cost of goods and services provided. This does not include any postage costs.
